Hi, I had purchased honda stunner on 24-march-2011 in the name of my brother manish gupta. this bike is only 10360 km runs and his engine is failure as confirmed by prakash honda dealer in noida sector 10. The last service was done on 29/11/2011 with km of 6304. After this service i was gone out of delhi from 10-dec-2011 to 15-feb-2012 and in the meanwhile my father was running this bike on very occasion basis my brother manish gupta has run the other own bike. Now i posted to noida sector 66 when i was gone to Prakash honda sector 10 on 23-feb-2013 for servicing honda stunner the servicing engineer was saying that the enging has failed and you have to give us the chargeable amount for the repairing after that i was gone out of delhi for 15 days .

when i came back to noida again i was write a mail to honda manager regarding the engine failure. he was saying you have to
meet that dealer who was doing your service. After that in the afternoon on 23-03-2013 i have gone to J B HONDA where i was gave my bike for servicing . The warranty manager of JB HONDA, ANANDPARVAT DELHI was saying that from 29/11/2011 till date you have not give us the honda stunner motorcycle for servicing as per our schedule. I was told him that i was unable to do the service at that period because i was out of delhi and my father was just ride my bike on rare basis. But he was not agreed. As per my knowledge honda give the warranty of 32000 km in 2 years. The Warranty manager name is Mr. Ankur-9310159002. kindly do the needful so that honda repairs my engine failure.
