I have BSNL Dataone landline and broadband connection 078122 24990 from past one year But every now and then from the gap of 1 week or so my broadband doesn’t work.I always make complaints but it just get solve on the temporary basis.The serviceman come and say that there is a cable fault and bsnl doesn’t have any stock of cable. I m very disappointed at such services Please try to solve my issue as soon as possible.

I am not able to do my online work like bank transactions.due to this I had to pay penalty for late fees in my loan account.

First of all there should be permanent relief from the problem and secondly I want rebate in my telephone bill for the days it is not worked.
