I have been facing intermittent loss of connectivity since Tuesday 2nd August. My wife and I work from home, so it is important that we have a stable, fast connection. I raised complaints on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday through their call center and Twitter but every time they close the complaint without correcting the issue. I have paid close to 6000 rupees for a fast and stable connection which I am not getting and it is causing a lot of distress.
I was forced to use a more expensive 4G connection to remain connected. I am facing uncertainty regarding my broadband connection in spite of paying close to 6000 rupees. I have lost my peace of mind because of the callous attitude of Hathway Broadband officials.
I want Hathway to unconditionally apologize to me for treating a customer poorly. I want my Hathway Broadband connection to be fixed at the earliest. If they are unable to do so, I want a full refund including the money that I spent on the aforementioned 4G alternative.
