My jio number is 70167 96362. My sumsung A5 2016 Phone 4G Broadband Net Was automatically disconnected. My complaint number with Reliance Jio Customer Care is is SR000000JWDT. Please try to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

I kindly request you that my net of reliance 4g jio is worst than airtel 3g and other services, while the device also heated up faster but the main problem is my net connection. Jio 4G LTE Speed is about 80-90 kbps not reaching even 1 mbps also. I am anwito das from Purulia,west bengal. Kindly see all requests of your customer as early as possible. I have seen many have complain against this jio net but you please fulfill our requests all around company, i am humble to ask you.
