Dear Sir , I am Iqbal Singh bsnl user having a consumer ID 1012003384. My land-line no is 01632289535. I take a Broadband Connection Rural-BB-500 unlimited plan which was installed on 5 may 2013. after this due to technical problem bsnl exchange the broadband was not working from 16 may to 22 may 2013. I raised a complaint against the problem a no of times but it was corrected after 6 days. Because it was error inn services of BSNL therefore why should i pay for these days during which my BB was not working. Kindly reduce my bill and send me bill only for those days during which service was provided to me. But bill which was sent to me is for all the working days thank you with regards

Please provide me regular service and fine must be impose to corresponding SDO and JE for their disservices. And Rupee 5000 must be minimum penalty to BSNL.
