In the month of Feb 2013 suddenly I get sms on my mobile from 54646 ”THANK YOU FOR USING OUR VALUE PACK SERVICE YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED OF Rs 5/-‘ I am not in need of this VALUE PACK SERVICE. I tried several times to deactivate Value Pack Service thou’ BSNL customer care, but failed, they made no reposes. I also sent mail to their mail-id, but the problem still exists.
