Filed a complaint to bsnl customer care to restore my dead landline on 20 april 2014.The docket number is -110955314741. Even after a weeks time my telephone is not repaired. i called the ambattur JE-(04426582636) to look upon the issue but she told me that the repair work will be carried based on seniority ONLY and it may take some couple of weeks to restore.SO after a week I called the chennai Appellate authority number-04426403355 to place a complaint BUT the call was not attended.Please direct the concern authority to quickly restore my faulty telephone..more over only my house telephone suffers frequent disconnections so suggest the authority to ensure alternate path for the cable to avoid disconnection
