My land line number 04812415304 has been dynamically locked since a month.I have the pin number with me but,I can’t unlock the phone so that i can make any outgoing calls.I have given a written complaint to the BSNL office in Karukachal,Kottayam but they have not resolved the problem yet.After two weeks of the submission of the written request,I have lodjed the same complaint in the online forum on 25/2/14 and the screen shot is given as attachment.Now for a month i was unable to make any outgiong calls.Now they have sent me a bill for the months rental charges.I went many times to bsnl office in both nedumkunnam and karukachal,But there was no use.I am a victim ofthe empolyee negligence.Please take an action towards this to solve my problem

I want to get exempted from this months rental plus tax that they charge.I was not able to use phone to make alls this month,o why i want to pay the rental.
