It was complained on 1500 that the telephone No 0186225xxx is out of order since 03 May 2015. Every time a message, complaint has been registered and has been resolved. But the truth is that no rep from the BSNL had come to check. The complaint was also referred to the appellate authority_1on 18 May 2015,but no relief found. The next appellate authority was also made aware of the same. Today a message again appeared that the complaint has been resolved. But no improvement is there. I also called Mr Mohan Lal on mobile No 941760xxx twice about the same, he also failed to do anything about false assurance. The department has only harassed and misled by giving false messages of complaint redress.

Forthwith connectivity should be made available and fixed monthly charges should be exempted for the period of non receipt of services.
