I had registered my grievances under CPGRAMS DOTEL/E/2014/32615,33978,36008 for not giving me the service which I had been charged for. My grievances have been closed stating ” customer got extra benefit of 20 p/min calling till 2/09/2014 due to lack of clarification. STV 47 was displayed as local on net@20 paise/min since 26/05/2014 on HQ site and 17/09/2014 on jharkhand site.” As contradictory to the report, any one can check BSNL portal the online rechrge site of BSNL even on date, where it mentions: Local and STD Onnet Voice calls @20p/min.STV benefit available in home LSA only. Now should A customer search and verify from all sources and all sites of BSNL before making a recharge or Should trust BSNL portal, that BSNL has to decide. And if because of delay in up nation to PORTAL from BSNL side, if a customer suffers, who should be responsible? And if even then the fault is customers side, then customers main fault is choosing taking a connection from Indian Govt PSU telecommunication BSNL.and hoping to get justification and grievance readdress from Govt of India. If for such a small issue such sort of malpractice and irresponsiblity is not addressed, I am sorry to odge the complain. even now if the fault from BSNL side is clear, kindly arrange for refund of all STD BSNL calls charged not at the rate of 20 paise/min.
