I made a mistake of ordering a Google nexus 5 from Snapdeal.com My order id is 2795378440. and my complaint id is 10984855.I purchased a google nexus and my order was delivered on the 24th of october by delhivery courier. The courier was received by my mother.I came Back home on 26th night. When i got back home I opened the package then and there and was shocked to see what was inside. There was a box of a local phone taped all around and inside was a piece of stone. Immediately I filed a complaint with a snapdeal customer care executive. I was assured that my money will be refunded. But now a week has passed and nothing has happened till now customer care people keep telling me that they need some time. Each day I am told the same thing. I can see that my co-operation and patience is being taken for granted. They don’t provide me with the progress of investigation nor they reply to my mails. I have attached the picture of the parcel i received.

It’s been 10 days now and nothing has happened after continuous calls and even after speaking to the superviser nothing has happened. I atleast seek a full refund of my money and a compensation of the same amount because of the trouble and torcher I have gone through. Also the product I bought should be given for free to me.
