Sir, I always deposit my bill on or before valid date. for MTS valid date of depositing bill is 18th of every month i.e if i pay my bill after 18th than i am liable to pay late payment charges.For last month i deposited my bill on 18th of october. I.I am sending you a copy of that payment receipt.receipts customer care officials say that i have deposited my bill on 21st of October and they have included late payment charges in my latest bill. I wrote the same to them but they are not cooperating. please help me as they are not listening. Thank you.

I want that all the unfair amount that they have added should be waived.
