BSNL Wireline announced in May 2015 that all call would be free of cost from 09:00 pm to 07:00 am.they messaged us on the personal mobile number about the same.it was also conformed by us on the consumer helpline. But bill statement for this period includes fare for the calls against ordinary tariff charges.

I got a bill of rs 1155.96 for the may.expecting a similar one for June. Ordinary bill is close to Rs 212.00

The company should take the unfair billing back and generate a normal bill.should compensate for the problems faced in handling budget for the month.should not penal us with late charges in case the company fails to generate the new bill before due date.
