My mobile no- 8238596193, BSNL PREPAID.I wanted to activate GPRS under scheme of Rs 54/- from local dealer. After Topup with local dealer, he show me successful transaction but after 24 hrs, still GPRS don’t activated neither get any confirmation message.On customer care, not reachable on mobile 1503, not via email address and not by online complaint registration.On contacting to BSNL executive, he said me to forget as Rs 54/- got wasted as such scheme does not exist.BSNL scheme brochure clearly shows the detail of scheme of GPRS of Rs 54/-. i believe BSNL is good company compared to other so there is faith to get back my money in any kind. Thanks..!
