BSNL landline (0651-2540030) and broadband is dead since 27th of January to till date in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Its hardly worked for 8 to 10 days during last 3 months. Contacted to SDO – 9431700030, DGM, to GM – 9431700086 via phone, personally and written application as well but phone issue not resolved. I also sent RTI twice to the DGM (as suggested to SDO – Bariyatu Exchange – Mr. Tripathi) to know what are the rules if BSNL is not able to fix the broadband but no reply. Now BSNL is sending bill for which services not provided. Kindly look into this matter and suggest how to file case in consumer court.
I have to shift the office due to poor BSNL internet services that cost me Rs 60,000 and additional 3 days goes wasted to meet BSNL employees from GM, DGM to SDO.
I want compensation of Rs 75,000 in case BSNL wont be able to fix the Broadband issue on permanent basis.
