I hav received my phone that i purchased on 22apr.. As it had hardware issues i logged a replacement request and i was told that i will receive a troubleshooting cal within 34 hrs post which replacement request will b registered but its been 36 hrs n i haven’t received any cal plus now i am told that my phone belongs to CCC category so i want get any replacement.. Despite 30days replacement policy clearing claiming exchange n replacement.
Earlier i wanted a replacement to a new and properly working handset but now i need complete refund.. Take this handset and return my money.
