Dear Sir, I booked a BSNL Landline connection for home by paying Rs. 500/- as security and I was informed that installation charges are Rs. 750/- with Telephone instrument and Rs. 500/- without Telephone instrument. I opted for installation without Telephone instrument i.e. Rs. 500/-. The landline connection was installed at my residence (Customer ID 1022052658, Account No. 1022052704 and Phone No. 0129-2437026) without Telephone instrument. When I received the first bill (Invoice No. 10220527040001, dated 04-Nov-13) for Rs. Rs. 930/-. The charges include Rs. 750/- for installation which should have been Rs. 500/-. On contacting the Lineman – Mr. Mishra (Ph. No. 094669-69541, who did the installation) and the officials at the BSNL office no one is ready to listen and want to swallow my Rs. 250/- Regards Amit Bhatnagar Phone No. 0129-2437026
