thy Bsnl net connection is at no internet access most of the time and in first day of the month they are telling u have crossed the limit for high speed and no response from my home branch sait colonty especially already j.e.
one day due to net net problem i lost almost Irctc ticket booking and i cant able to access online banking and my studies in vain

only good net connection and better response
