i want to recharge net pack 50 on my BSNL CDMA SIM but it is not happening.i tried several times through dealer special e-top of 50 but every time recharge failed.i want to tell you that the net service is not activated at my sim because when i tried to connect internet without recharge of net pack from main balance it is not connecting. I have contacted several time on customer care about this matter but every time they are unable to help me.i also register a complaint at BSNL website on 13/01/2014 whose docket number is A13UE202399.But no response from the other side yet. So please activate net facility on my sim as soon as possible and do not contact at this 9196040329 number because it is switched off.contact me at 8957279xxx
