Samsung Ac – stopped faulty product poor service dealer

Samsung stopped making window Air conditioner 3-4 years back. I purchased my AC around the same time and I think it was the last batch available in market. From the time of purchase this unit has been faulty and Samsung has been assuring each time that they will fix the problem, but the repairs keep increasing every year. In 2013 Samsung changed the coil and in march 2014 PCB was replaced. Within a month of replacing PCB, Coil has leaked, PCB has again gone faulty and there is a membrane issue; all of this have been diagnosed by Samsung engineer. I had asked Samsung for their policy on replacing a part(PCB) when the same goes faulty within a month, they are avoiding response instead advising to spend more money. Escalation to their CEO office is being dealt by same team which has been corresponding with me till date. As Samsung is taking a one sided view to this and taking consumer for a ride, request the consumer affairs department to step in and do the needful.
