BSNL internet – Not satisfied with speed and not satisfied service

Not satisfied with speed and not satisfied with reference to the closing of the complaint,(DOTEL/E/2012/24965) on 31/12/2012. I do not deny that BSNL had given me a call and enquired regarding the same, I am to inform that the speed on that particular day was showing above 1.50 MBPS, which is acceptable. But I am sorry to state that it is again giving the same problems of slow speed. It would have been better if the department deputes in person at least for 3 tests on site, to know the facts. I am giving you the details of the reading which was noted now for your perusal and you can judge for yourself. The speed requires to be monitored on a continous basis and should show a reading of above 1.50 MBPS speed on a constant basis. SPEED AS ON 01/01/2013 as below. 1)http://speedtest.net/result/2406458646.png ( D.L – 61 / U.L – 19) 2) http://speedtest.net/result/2406459652.png ( D.L – 58 / U.L – 16) 3)http://speedtest.net/result/2406460758.png ( D.L – 67 / U.L – 24 ) Hope you will re-open the case, as it is still having the same problems. A closure requires a fair chance to be tried and cannot judge the same in one reading.I had in fact made a re-complaint to Customer care regarding the problem persisting,and no one bothered to attend the same. I cannot go on calling the customer service on a regular basis.Hope you agree with my reading,and would be grateful for a follow up action from the department,and ensure a steady speed of atleast upto 2MBPS as promised under the scheme. thanks and regards, Kumar Shastri 9866373536.
