Hello Sir/Madam,
BSNL LEAD ID – KLALL 20101300002

I applied for BSNL Landline Connection with Broadband in October 2013. When i check the status online, it is allotted. But we didn’t get the connection yet. I contacted the Exchange and also the Line man, but poor response from all.
I don’t know what is the delay after the allocation. Do the BSNL take so long to give a new connection, its already 4 months. The Lead details are attached with this mail.
Please look into this matter. Kindly do the needful.
