Sir, I have a land line no 01942485196 at Srinagar kashmir. I received a bill for july 2013 amounting to Rs.956/ giving details as Rs.870/ current charges & Rs.86.23 as adjustments.The adjustments are shown as Games on demand by M/s Hunganma Rs.14.23, Movie on demand Rs.28.74 & Music on demand Rs.43.26. I am also using BroadBand services but i have never asked the deptt to activate these services when there is no need to require such things. I failed to understand how the deptt has itself charged the adjustments.It is now requested that the amt so charged be reversed immediately enabling me to pay the bill on its due date i,e; 27/08/2013. thanks
