Our BSNL landline no 080 25458321 has been dead for many months. I had booked a complaint under the automated booking service on 15 April13- complaint number 18406783332 but neither did the phone get repaired not did any one come to attend to the matter but the complaint number has been closed. I have now registered a fresh complaint 18453467122 on 22 Apr13 and request that the problem be attended to without any further delay. I can be contacted at 9XX6773641
