Samsung shopee Dealer delivered Inside Broken Fridge

I bought Samsung RR1915 TCABX refrigerator on 17 March 2013 from authorized Samsung shoppe. I paid dealer and chose a black direct cool samsung Fridge with INR 15200. But Dealer delivered a broken Fridge which was broken (cracked) from Inside and Ice-Fridger door is not closed properly. When I complained dealer, he did not pick my calls, after that I complained Samsung customer care 18003008282 and they sent their technician 2 times and they took few pics from inside of my Fridge, they promised that we will replace this fridge otherwise give your payment back, they took a canceled bank cheque for money back. After 15 days they called me and informed that they are not able to change this Fridge and suggested me to talk with Dealer. When I called Dealer, he told me that he will change this Fridge on coming Monday. But he didn’t. When I called him in evening on Monday he replied that he did not have any transportation and delivery-man today so he will deliver tomorrow. After that I called him day by day but he had been giving me different-different excuses. One day I visited his shop and he told me that he is going to send fridge in the evening but he didn’t. Then I complained again to Samsung customer care and they offer a call back from their official. Their Representative named Sonali from 0120-4028200 called me and suggested to call same dealer. I simply told her that I don’t want to visit this dealer shop again because I have called many time as well as visited his shop. I offered her my call details that how many times I called dealer. She told me that he will call me back with better solution but did not call me. Now I am calling her and her number 0120-4028200 is being busy every time. Please help and suggest.
