Dear sir i had loged a complaint against my landline phone no 2329383 which is working at my residence at aurangabad, maharashtra and special it is being kept for my mother who is all alone at home and doest know how to operate cell phones, but due to your bad and poor service provided by you local officials i am in unable to know the position of my mothers health, coz she is almost 85 years old and whenever i am on tour i am always in touch with her.
Now pls let me tell you that i had lodged a complaint on 23-12-2010. and the complaint no is 1001589676. but till today that is 29-12-2010. has not bean attended and not even taken care of the situation and coz of the ignorance of the said officials the said phone remains dead.
I had talked to the concern officer incharge Mr. Gaikwad
who’ cell no is 9422201020, but he has bean so rude in answering, regarding my complaint and puposelly my phone has bean kept pending without getting it attended.
so i was constrained to lodge my this complaint here to you.
So please may i request your good sef to kindlly attend to my compalint and pls restore the services of my dead phone no: 2329383. at the earliest.
