Dear sir, My BSNL landlines and internet connection is not working for past four months. After placing several compliant no one had responded so far, and still I am paying Rs. 1025/- every month for the connection with able to use it. Please do the necessary action to fix my connection because I still prefer to use the connection. My complaint was registered to our local exchange (erumad) and our centre exchange (gudalur) Contact person in local exchange to whom I had reported is Mr. Kandasawmi (lineman). Immediate solutions to reconnect my connection
