Hi Sir, I have Complained many time to bsnl office in Chennai , also I have sended complaint letter to office & consumer office in bsnl. but all in in vain, past 6 month my landline is dead & no action has been taken,.Please resolve this issue. this is the worst service from GOVT operators.

Due to this landline issue I have not able to call my family members & also daily I have call them in mobile I want compensation for this 6 months & also for harrasement faced by BSNL.
