My landline phone is dead for over 10 days. Initially they didn’t accepted my computerized complaint stating that my broadband complaint that I filed over a week ago was pending. After follow-up they discarded my earlier complaint and filed the telephone dead complaint but the same has not been attended till date and I got a message that it has been resolved. As I filed it again once again got the same message. Also, no technician has come to my place during these days to attend the complaint and on calling up their officers they said the technicians are busy resolving some technical problem and will come as they get time. Last month too, I was harressed in a similar pattern with regard to my brodband connection which remained inactive for almost a week.
satisfactory restoration of landline as well as broadband services with assurance of no problems in future.
