I have taken a (NTC) 079-22870512 From BSNL On Dated 15/04/2011 But at the time of new connection BSNL has not provide me an Instruments, I further go to BSNL office But they simply telling that we have no any instruments.I am not getting any response from BSNL , So I decided to disconnect the landline connection. I have given an request for disconnection but they refund my security Deposit of Rs 625/-vide chq no 551193 Dated. 03/09/2013, they have not given still my disconnection charges.
