I surrendered my BSNL landline phone having 044-24456457 number during September 2018 and submitted all the details for enabling them online transfer. When enquired during July 2019, they said funds are awaited and will refund as they receive funds. Till date, after 15 months, a sum of Rs. 4500 approx is still awaited from BSNL. Can they act on this and refund immediately along with interest for the delayed period? Varaprasad 9444136705
