I purchased a remote control from Videocon d2h at the cost of Rs.2000/= Immediately within hours it found to be defective. When I complained to vedeocond2h customer, they advised me to go for a new one . Also their reply is so evasive and cheap. It is more or less cheating the consumer.

This is very careless behavior from a well known consumer brand such as Videocon
