Please note that my telephone 2605564 is not working for the last one week. I have complained through fault service number 198. Many times I have approached your office for the repair of the phone. Till date no body from your office has attended the fault. In these circumstances kindly attend the fault and repair the telephone at the earliest. If you are not willing to repair or it is beyond your control please inform me so that I can surrender the telephone at the earliest.
