Since 8 months, my residential telephone had gone for out of order. Several times I had gone to local exchange and lodged complaints. But in vain. Local authority didn’t bother to hear attentively. My spouse and I, both are senior citizen having reside in the following address. Village – Thakur Chawak, Post Office – Srinagar Makarpara ( B.O), 24 parganas ( south) Pin code – 743374, west Bengal. Telephone NO – 03210 – 2204XX The telephone is urgently needed to communicate with my child as they are reside in various parts of India and abroad. Here mentioned that I have already lodged a complaint CPGRAM ( Public Grievancess, Department Of Adminstrative reforms & Public Grievances) Vide Registration No : DOTEL/E/ 2013/18926 dated 30.7.2013 .
