I am using the land line of bsnl for the last 15years but i am very much dissatisfied with your service. my number is 04682 -258861(my address is k s george, kottakkattuvilayil, thumpamon thazham p.o, pathanamthita, kerala, 689625) i have been booking the complaints for the last 1year continuously, the service man is coming to our area and doing something but the problem not yet solved i am receiving the same complaint i cant even tolrate if this problem persist i will surrender the land line within 10days, and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my land line for this month else i will complaint to the authority i am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service
