With regards that i want to bring your kind notice that my tel. Phone was disconnected by bsnl bathinda in 2007 i’ve meet the officer for refund of my security. They issued me a cheque against refund. But over a period of 5 year i’ve not received my security refund. I also complaint to their grievance but there is no response. They telling me only that your cheque has been sent till i’ve not received it they are not to listen me. So u r requested to please take action against the said authority & refund my security & compensation against botheration. I want my security to be refunded & compensation against harassing me.
