Respected Sir/Madam, I’ll like to lodge a complaint regarding the landline service provided to me which stops functioning consistently from the last three weeks at the EVENING OF THE FRIDAY till I approach the BSNL Telephone Exchange Operator at my village on the MONDAY MORNING. Despite of many written Complaint Applications to the Telephone Exchange Office at my Village (Sanjan), Taluka and even the online complaint, still this issue isn’t resolved. Also the LL service gets disfunctioning or ceased in between the week days as well (Monday to Thusday). So please kindly consider my complaint application, access it and kindly provide me with an appropriate solution for it and help me resolve it. Hope for kind positive reply.Thanking you and Regards.
