BSNL LandLine – Unreasonable Billing Amount

I received a bill of rs. 1039 invoice no. 10202801960023 in name of rupinder kumar te. No. 01624-268789 in which un-reasonable call charges were charged as per plan. As per plan ‘combo 599’ customer was given 200 calls to any landline or mobile free of cost, but bsnl sent me bill of higher amount than they promised in this plan. When i approached higher authorities they said we changed the plan without informing any customer. Sir is this the right practice to use this practice, is there no right of customer to get informed about the change in plan. In this way bsnl is exploiting the customer which is called king, but bsnl say customer is our servant who has to follow their mal-practices, bsnl is also abolishing customer/people’s fundamental right of information. So i request in public interest that all over-charged bills of this scheme which is changed at office of gm level officers should be reduced and also inconvenience caused be compensated to all by bsnl.
