I have BSNL land line and broadband connection in Kerala, Ernakulum dist, Moozhikulam telephone Exchange. Phone NO. 0484 2473641. For past few weeks, the line is not working. I made a complaint to customer care and the recorded voice said that within 24 hours, their man will come and solve the issue. But nobody came that day. After giving complaint regularly for few days, one man came and informed that my phone is ok, and the issue is with their line. He also told that he will solve the issue soon. But till now, my phone is dead. I don’t know what these bsnl guys are doing. I am fed up with those guys. BSNL is becoming worse. This affected my job because of no internet connection. No use of complaining to BSNL. They wont give a proper solution. I dont know what to do now. In few days, The telephone bill will come even it is not working.

I need the proper telephone and broadband connection as soon as possible. Also BSNL should not bill me for this month. I cant pay the bill for what I didn’t use.
