Though I have paid Rs 549.00 to renew my Readers Digest subscription by HDFC credit card , Trans. ID 083757 on 2 May 14 . The same was received by them and vide Receipt Number: RDWEB0205143722912R . Readers Digest is declining to have received such payment and not resuming my subscription . Your intervention is requested .

I want them to resume my subscription with immediate effect and pay me Rs 900.00 towards compensation for the expenses and harassment and tort
