Myself is Sarang Ramrao jadhav From Nashik ,Maharashtra. I have a BSNL mob. no 7588306491 of a pyari jodi plan. It has a very smooth working till last 2 days. but as i sent message *123# to know my balance ,i got my balance record. but unfortunately from that moment the balance of mine is starts reducing automatically by Rs. 1 or 80 Ps. every minute. I went to customer care of our Nasik city which is located at canada corner , but every person has rejected my complaint saying you have to cal 1503( customer care ) , i told them that the number is not working . but they do not listen ,so i filed online complaint , the docket no. is MHR/CO/2013/4587 sir please help me in this matter, because me and my family feared about this and also doubt of if there is someone using my no. by cloning the sim card. waiting for the valuable response from your side ,
