I got display problem with my micromax canvas hd mobile and submitted the mobile to the service center(SLR – SV Communications, kukutapally, hyderabad, ph no – 04064577257) on 14-May-2013. At the time of submitting the phone, the service center guys said that it will take 20 days to repair the phone. I said ok and submitted the phone. The job sheet number/request number is S040274-0513-3728409. After 20 days(on 3-Jun-2013), I called the service center guys and they said, “they didn’t received the display part and then dont have any status updated about the phone”. On that day I called micrmoax customer service center(ph no. 18605008286) and they said it will take 7 more days. I again called the micromax service center on 14-JUN-2013 and they are saying that it will take 10 more days. I don’t know why its taking such a long time to repair the phone. Its been a month and till now they didn’t repair the phone at all.

If I get my money(RS.15000), I will be more happy. So that in future I can avoid facing problems with such poor service company.
