I’m from Dasuya Distt Hoshiarpur (PUNJAB).. sir i m using a BSNL mobile number 9463797007 for last four months this above said company has deducted my balance more then five times for service which i didn’t activate. I tried to stop it by sending SMS but it wasn’t stop. then i called to customer care to stop this service and they stop it and give me my complaint number. but today they again deduct 40 rs from my balance for this service. money is not the matter but the matter is the harassment which i m facing due to fraud of this company. BSNL is a GOVERNMENT based company but this the leading company in fraud .. sir i hope you will resolve my complaint as soon as possible so i can use this number else i will have to port this number to other network.. regards

i shamsher singh of Amritsar circle is BSNL user. i have prepaid BSNL connection and my no is 9463564753. my connection validity was expired on 18 april 2014 and i got recharged on 21 april 2014. after recharge i checked my balance was deducted Rs 42 by BSNL. then i called to customer care and complained against wrong deduction but they replied your validity recharge automatic done by BSNL without any information. if BSNL has extended validity then why they did not inform me about extension. then why BSNL has allowed again recharge for same thing. sir want to refund my wrong deduction immediately
