BSNL Mobile Excess Bill and Harassment

I had applied for a plan 700internet connection on6th Novemeber 2012 at BSNL office marine drive, Kochi. I had also paid Rs.2000/-which included a Rs.500/- advance.They had given me a sim with no 94977228XX and said the connection would get activated. But as promised it didnt work out, hence I contacted their customer care to get it activated which inturn went useless.They would keep me on hold around 40minutes to 1 hr for consulting with their senior engineers and in between the call would get disconnected.According the BSNL system another call could be placed only on the next day.

This continued for 2weeks until I was informed by an executive that this could be sorted only at the exchange. Hence I went to the marine drive office again. Though I got the problem fixed I was insulted and humiliated at the office unnecessarily about my education, ignorance on computers etc. One lady even added ‘you can get easily cheated since you have no computer awareness.’ I was sure I had enough awareness but need not learn an engineers job. This was on 23rd November 2012,that I got the net activated.However I got the bill exactly on6th December 2012 and the amount was Rs.1400/-which was against the normal Rs. 700/- for unlimited use.But I paid the bill.On enquiry they told me it is an advance. Doubts raised in my mind ,still I didnt want to argue with the adamant ladiess there. Again on 6th January 2013 I got another double bill.Now I was sure this is fraudery,hence I didnt pay the the bill. Everymonth they sendme a higher bill and finally the net got disconnected. In August 2013 an offiicer named Appukuttan came to my house for enquiry and we told him the reasons. He assured to solve it but in December I got a notice for land reclamation.I went to their office and spoke to Mr.Appukuttan,but none of them could give me the exact reason for high bills.They went on giving different reasons like advance,roaming charges(actually there are no roaming charges)balance bills etc. Again Mr. Appukutan told me plan 700 is not an unlimited plan. If it is so then why did they give me a wrong information in the beginning. Another accusation by him was that I was lying about an excess bill. When they have proper records how can this happen. I have incurred some expenses on outcalls which I am ready to pay eventhough these people are not trustworthy. Thr service provided by the government is the right of its people. Then how can some officials trample them and deprive them of their privileges. I request you to do the needful and give me justice.Now there is a land reclamation notice from village office and I have to pay the bills before 30th.I regret to pay the bills which I have not used.Please do justice so that people are treated fairly and given justice in their country.
