Sir Mobile tv activated on my mobile no . 8901098119 on 22 dec2013. I comlaint for this on 29dec2013 docket no.L29HR301587. And 30 dec2013 docket no.L30HR300947.i sent massage for deactivation on 3jan2014 for that bsnl deducted 3 rs.after all that my balance deducted on 5jan2014. Sir total balance deducted for mobile tv (40+40+40+3) 123 rs.i never subscribe mobile tv and never use this vas. Please do something for refund. Bsnl coustomer care not responding for this.i am using bsnl since 10 years but first time facing this problem.
