sir my balance get deducted itself and when i report about the problem they don’t give me answer to my questions they (rohtak) centre of bsnl ,sir they just giveaway my problm and activates any schemes on my phone sir please their must be proper inquiry about the my problem my mobile no. is 8901570286 this is my mother no.

I least expect a government company to start ripping like Airtel and Reliance which is totally unfair trade practice.
