BSNL.Hungama has charged Rupees 270 for Music-ondemand and Movie_ondemand services without doing the following: 1. I was not informed about the activation of the services through email or SMS. 2.I was not provided any User ID or Password for logging in the website to use the services. 3. I was not informed completely about the subscription plans. I came to know about the activation of the services only after receiving my Bill. Immediately , I asked them to deactivate the services. Iam even charged from the Billing date to the date of deactivating the service ; i.e from 01/01/14 to 10/01/14. I lodged a complaint for the same asking to revert the charges but they have not taken any action.
I want that the full charges of Rupees 270 be reversed back/waived off as i have not used the services.Also, I have not been provided any email or sms informing me about the userid and password.]
