I have ordered a mobile phone from saholic with order ID (382765) on 8th April 2013 for Rs. 1999 and I also paid the amount in advance with my debit card. The ordered was cancelled due to non availability of desired color on 10th April. I contacted many times saholic customer care with email and phone but they still didn’t refunded money. They told me contact HDFC bank whose gateway was used and HDFC told to contact saholic. Now Saholic is not giving any response. I have complain against Saholic.com which is a online website in brand selection option is not given and without selecting form will not be submitted that’s why i am selecting wrong brand pleas correct it later.
I want my money back of Rs. 1999. and also compensation for being mentally tortured by saholic coustmer care for past 10 month.
