BSNL – my land line phone is dead poor response

i have registered my complain & days back and yet there is no resolution to it from bsnl services regarding my dead phone landline

we have to make calls from our mobile phone and our broadband is also not working which is directly affecting my job and arousing other difficulties,it is very costly to operate all this services from mobile phone as they are costly

immediate action to be taken
