I would like to inform you that , I Bhawani Shankar Darak applied a new connection thorough online request. Bsnl Representative collected Rs 500/- as security deposit and following documents from my home at Rishra , Address : 8/1/A/1 RBC Road, Shree Shyam Vatika, 4th Floor, Flat No 402 , 1.Pan Card 2. Hdfc Credit Card Statement 3. Chairman / councilor letter as address proof 4. NOC from land lord for bsnl connection as address proof. 5. Indane Gas Connection Book Xerox and NOC from Father. ( Gas connection named in Mr Jugal Kishore Darak) Father of Bhawani Shankar Darak . Unfortunately I have not Voter Card. after 2-3 days they installed connection bearing telephone no 26720112 at my home but after 1 hour now as per order by Mr Koley ( Incharge of Rishra BSNL ) disconnected my line and take back telephone I cant understand how can the take back telephone after installation because they have not right to take back telephone box if my documents not sufficient then why BSNL peoples passed the order and installed connection and not they saying your address proof is not enough for connection.Kindly produce more documents as address proof then my younger brother Pawan Darak contacted with SRIRAMPUR BSNL Office and they also talked with MR Koley for activation of connection but Mr Koley denied. Now Finally SRIRAMPUR SD told me over the phone for submit Annexure A in Rishra Office but today my brother when submitting Annexure A in RISHRA office they are not accepting the same and saying first you submit this in SRIRAMPUR and submit receipt copy in rishra office . now again visited SRIRAMPUR Office they are saying they will not receipt the ANNEXURE A you have to submit in RISHRA office . In just 2 days my brother rounding between SRIRAMPUR BSNL and RISHRA BSNL more than 10 times and still problem not resolved. Now I am understanding why people are not interested to taking BSNL Connections because you people are only harassing your customers. Now I have not any option I m going to file a complain all this matter in Consumer Forum. Sir I wish to ask BSNL if some one have not voter card then they will not eligible for connection ??? kindly look in to the matter and resolve the same .
